It's hard to think about postgraduate studies. Right now, I just can think about how much I want to finish this career and begin to work. Like I've said in previous blogs, I'm not sure if I want to be a journalist all my life, so I don't know if I would take some kind of course about it. Five years ago, I would say that I would wanted to learn different languages, 'cause it's great being a journalist and knowing a lot of languages.
Since we are talking about languages, I wouldn't like to take those courses in Chile. If I'm gonna learn French, I want to learn it in France. Same with Italian, Russian, Japanese, Chinese or German. Even not being a journalist it would be nice to learn a lot of languages, I suppose.
I guess I could study some of those here at the University, but this is my last year, so... Maybe one day I'll take a part-time course compatible with my work schedule.
I think today is important to take some postgraduate courses. Twenty years ago there were not so much people who had finished a college career. Now the things are different and there is a lot of competition. Unfortunately, people have to compete to get a job.
